- Proven experience as a yacht chef, private chef, or high-end hospitality chef
- Strong background in luxury guest service with a focus on personalized dining experiences
- Ability to plan and execute diverse, high-quality menus tailored to guest preferences and dietary requirements
- Expertise in provisioning, inventory management, and cost control for charters
- Knowledge of food safety standards and galley organization (certifications preferred)

Culinary & Operational Skills
- Ability to deliver restaurant-quality meals consistently under time and space constraints

- Efficient provisioning and meal planning for back-to-back charters

Office Administrator / Operations Assistant – Charter Operations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
- Previous experience in office administration, operations, or hospitality support (yachting industry a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced charter environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional demeanor

- Ability to coordinate schedules, bookings, and internal processes efficiently
Operational Support
- Assist with charter bookings, contracts, and client documentation
- Support crew logistics (travel arrangements, onboarding documents, certifications tracking)

- Maintain accurate records of charters, expenses, and operational data
- Assist in managing calendars, availability, and charter schedules
