invaluable experience and skill while maintaining a deep appreciation for

England, where he cruised for many years and participated in off-shore racing. He became a dive instructor so that he could take his friends lobstering. After a career in high tech, Joe took early retirement and moved to
St. Thomas. He has worked for a number of charter businesses in various capacities, including as an instructor at the Captain’s School. He now specializes in regulatory compliance. He is passionate about boating and
the charter industry, and he is committed to helping clients have a
safe and enjoyable experience.
